Living, One Knot at a Time is an installation that consists of twine sculptures, clay formations, and my poems. This piece holds two years of my meditative gestures created while living with chronic illness and a compilation of instructions I wrote for myself and others. They exist as a stamp, a trace of action, time, and emotion, pointing towards my feeling body's presence despite its absence.
